If Nimbo cannot connect to the controller, please do the following steps:

  • Ensure that the robot is powered on, and you have four green status light on Nimbo face (Robox, slam, Lidar, RGBD)
  • Ensure that the Nimbo’s screen wifi setting is connected to the hotspot.
  • Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same hotspot as Nimbo’s hotspot.
  • Check the IP address on the upper right corner of remote control screen, ensure that the IP address matches on Nimbo’s face.
